How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout:
- Fast Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping: 4–9 business days after dispatch
We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
During busy periods such as weddings or holiday seasons, preparation time may take slightly longer — but we always do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
You can cancel your order within 1 hour after placing it.
After this period, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible, since each product is custom-made.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all of our items are personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once production has started.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund it under our Refund & Return Policy.
To report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp: +44 77 2921 9769 and include photos or videos of the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to 33 countries worldwide.
If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us via WhatsApp and we will be happy to assist you.
Are customs fees included in the price?
We include all standard duties and taxes in our prices.
If your local customs authority applies additional import fees, these are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be refunded.
For orders shipped to the United States, a 25% customs duty is automatically added at checkout and collected during payment — no extra payment is required upon delivery.

How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier picks up your package.
You can follow your shipment directly through the carrier’s website (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or Widect).
