Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with UmasMade (operated by UMETA MEDIA LTD). We ship worldwide with trusted carriers and aim to prepare every order quickly and carefully.

1) Order Processing Times

  • Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days.
  • No shipments on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During busy seasons (e.g., weddings or holidays), preparation times may take slightly longer. We always work to dispatch as fast as possible.

2) Shipping Methods & Rates (USD)

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150
  • Express Shipping: $14.99 for orders under $150
  • Fast Shipping: $29.99 (available regardless of order amount)

Carriers: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Widect.
We currently ship to 33 countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

3) Estimated Delivery Times

  • Fast Shipping: 2–4 business days (after dispatch)
  • Express Shipping: 4–9 business days (after dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, local courier operations, weather, or peak season volume. These factors are outside our control.

4) Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier collects your parcel.

5) Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
  • If you need to update your address, notify us within 1 hour of placing the order via WhatsApp: +44 77 2921 9769. After this window, changes may not be possible if your order has entered processing.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Standard duties and taxes are included in our pricing under normal conditions.
  • If additional customs fees are unexpectedly applied by local authorities, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
  • United States: A 25% customs duty is automatically added at checkout and collected during payment. No extra payment will be requested upon delivery.

7) Delivery Issues, Delays & Undeliverable Packages

  • Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delays caused by customs or local couriers are beyond our control.
  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address or failure to collect, we can reship after collecting the reshipping fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable once dispatched.

8) Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the parcel, first check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier.
  • We will assist where possible, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.

9) Damaged in Transit

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp: +44 77 2921 9769.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can help quickly.
  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a partial/full refund in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
