2. General Terms of Use
By accessing and using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
3. Products and Personalization
UmasMade specializes in personalized, handmade physical products. Each product is carefully crafted according to customer instructions.
Please ensure that all personalized details (names, dates, colors, etc.) are entered correctly at checkout — once production begins, changes cannot be made.
Slight variations in color, material, or texture may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
4. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
We accept payments securely via Stripe.
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount (including applicable shipping fees and taxes) to your selected payment method.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
If your payment fails, your order will not be processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability.
5. Order Processing & Shipping Policy
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days.
No shipments are made on Sundays or public holidays.
During busy seasons (e.g., weddings, holidays), preparation may take slightly longer.
We currently ship to 33 countries worldwide. If your country is not on the list, please contact us for assistance.
Shipping Options & Fees
- Free Shipping: Orders over $150
- Express Shipping: $14.99 for orders under $150
- Fast Shipping: $29.99 (available for all order amounts)
All international deliveries are handled by trusted carriers: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, and Widect.
Estimated delivery times:
- Express Shipping: 4–9 business days
- Fast Shipping: 2–4 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs or carrier delays, which are beyond our control.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All product prices include standard taxes and import duties under normal conditions.
However, in some countries, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These extra charges are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be refunded or covered by UmasMade.
For shipments to the United States, a 25% additional customs duty may apply due to local import regulations. This fee will be added at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
After that, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled or refunded, as each item is personalized.
To request a cancellation within the 1-hour window, please contact us immediately at contact@umasmade.com with your order number.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Personalized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all personalized orders are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom-made items unless:
- The product arrives damaged, or
- The product is incorrect due to our error.
In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at contact@umasmade.com, including photos of the issue.
We will review the case and may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.
We are not responsible for customer errors in submitted personalization details (misspellings, wrong dates, etc.).
Non-Personalized Products
Standard items (if offered) can be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Returned items must be in their original packaging.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including strikes, natural disasters, wars, or carrier disruptions.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and product designs on umasmade.com are owned by UMETA MEDIA LTD and protected under intellectual property laws.
Reproduction or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UMETA MEDIA LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product involved.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
In case of any dispute, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
